Universe in a can

Oddly enough this was inspired by a dream I had years ago.. A drinkable holodeck.
Sort of a legal techno Ganja/digestible hologramme programme kind of stuff( I think,though I am not sure, Harlan Ellison did a short story with a similar theme back in the day.Danged if I can remember the name of the story!)
It's just some simple minded social satire...nothing serious.
