Doubtful, whether mini dragon or regular sized, the Dragons that share the world of Gurtch* with the Ganarfs and other beings of Gurtch are civilized creatures that aren't in the habit of eating their neighbors.
The Larger Gurtchite Dragons are very wise and learned beings, powerful yet kind hearted.(like Gandalf the wizard, or A Shao Lin Monk or a Jedi) The littler ones are like sentient puppies or kittens, mischievous but rather sweet natured.
So,sorry folks, there's no Ganarf on a Gurtchite Dragon's menu.

*Gurtch, Home world of the Ganarfs.

That's what they say in the brochure. Thankfully u said they aren't in the habit. Meaning that at some point previously things were very different. N being civilized n kind doesn't mean some dragons don't vary their diets. I mean we fight against animal cruelty but we still eat most of them. Hee hee hee
