The Haku-Hasin sun Goddess,usually portrayed as a spry,joyful ,elderly Hasin Doe still full of vigor,a merry and benign being.It is said her good nature and merry spirit could make stones laugh,and crack the heart of the coldest tyrant.In the Haku-Hasin holy book;"The Book of the Green Wood",Alta had defeated dark spirits with her laughter,and that when greedy,wicked or prideful mortals would beg a boon from her she'd grant it all right,usually resulting in the mortal's humiliation and humbling and eventual repentance.Good hearted folk she would reward with strength of spirit,courage,and the ability to triumph over their travails.In the old legends,Lady Alta would often remind mortal folk that there was a deity far higher than her,and all thanks should go to "The One".All she'd ask for is a few flowers and bit of incense in her temples and for the mortal folk to be kind to each other and to fill their lives with the joy of being!
